Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  PHP, MySQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript...basically all dev languages along with db management skils.

  I've got a web design/user experience and product development consulting team in the LA area and I'm looking for another programmer who can join the team as an independent contractor on a per-job basis. I've got two programmers already working on several projects and we're slammed. I need guys who can do it all from db configuration/management to high-quality UI programming. If you have this skill set, you like working on a variety of projects, you don't like corporate structured environments and you're all about building cool Web products, send me links to sites you've worked on.
