Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Photoshop & Illustrator, InDesign would be nice. Gimp or other open-source suites also an option if the designs are top-notch.

  Looking for a long-term partnership with a designer. I do design work myself but would like to focus on development only. You can see my work at http://www.creativesimian.com.
  
  I would prefer designers in the Los Angeles area, but will consider others. All of my current projects are programming subcontracts from other designers so I'm looking to set up a mini-studio where you and I can provide all the work necessary.
  
  I'd prefer pricing to be separate rather than a percentage split, i.e. you bill based on your rate and how long it takes and I bill based on my rate and duration.
