Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We are a startup looking to hit the ground running in the near future. We have a fierce sales force, business/subject matter experts, and a hardass programmer. The sales and business analysts will be be the "face" of the company in most cases (meetings with clientele and so forth). We need a designer that will work with the programmer. Please show previous work in anyway you desire. The only requirements are:
  
  Hardassness
  XAML
  
  If you don't know XAML, but you are a hardass that is willing to learn XAML. This is perfectly acceptable. Pay is negotiable.
