Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I need a developer that is familiar with Omnistar Affiliate software http://www.osiaffiliate.com and X-Cart to help me to integrate the two. Omnistar can easily integrate into any shopping-cart and I want it integrated with X-Cart. If you do not have experience with Omnisar Affiliate, I want a developer who is experienced with any of Omnistar Etools product suite to help me to do this integration. I want someone who has setup X-Cart before and can point me to examples of setting up X-Cart.
