Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for technical lead/programmer for significant equity in new startup company. 1.0 product is about to launch, but already market changes require a bit of a re-focus/specialization.
  
  Not looking for "just" a contract programmer. Looking for someone who wants to be a partner in the company. Someone who is willing to exchange work for a significant amount of equity (up to 20%) in the new company. Requires someone with the ability to spend a minimum of 25 hrs a week but preferably more.
  
  Ideally the person I am looking for would be a strong technical leader who, after obtaining funding, would aspire to stay on and become a CTO or engineering Director.
  
  I have strong connections to several people in the venture and angel capital field. That networking, in combination with a strong team that I am working to build and a successful launch of the next iteration of the service (that I need your help to build) should improve the chances of being funded and becoming a real company that can hire additional people.
