  I'm creating a church site. I'm an experienced web developer who can handle all the backend stuff but I need a web designer to make it pretty. I have an initial mockup of the website available if you're interested and I'm open to suggestions and modifications.
  
  I'm not getting paid for this job, so I won't be paying you. However, I can return the favor and do some programming for you free of charge.
