  It's been quite a struggle searching for a developer. I need help to mature our idea. It's in the social networking realm with a few twists. We need someone to help with the development. We are currently a team of three and working on the business side of things, moetization etc.. We are not just seeking a developer, we are seeking someone with potential to grow and lead with the team. Someone who is humble and leave his ego at the door. Able to play with others (team player).
