  Hi there,
  
  My name is Kingston and I founded an internet start up in Hong Kong, called ECPod. ECPod.com is currently a social networking website to
  connect China and the world. This business is privately funded by myself around 2 years ago and we currently have a programming team of 2. The
  website is written entirely on AJAX to enhance user experience. After launching the half-ready website on beta stage a few months ago, we received very good response from chinese users and traffic is growing rapidly. Since a month ago, we managed to raise first round financing from a group of private investors in Asia for future expansion. We are
  looking to fix some existing problems with the current website and also to build new features and a business model around it.
  
  So basically I am trying to find some good programmers to join us, to either work in HK or work from home in your own country. I know this is a
  long shot as you do not know me and also what this new project is all about. But i will be more than happy to discuss with you if you are keen to find out more. Someone with great knowledge in Javascript, PHP, CSS, AJAX will be perfect :)
