Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  HI,
  
  I am looking for a programmer/coder to code up a 7 page website that I am currently designing.
  
  I need you to be able to:
  
  * Create clean, semantic, table-less and easy-to-use code for future editing.
  * Code designs using valid XHTML(Strict or Transitional) and CSS.
  * Make sure pages work in all major browsers. (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, and Safari)
  
  You must be knowledgeable in: CSS, XHTML,jQuery, PHP and Wordpress
  
  The site will need a small amount of jquery functionality and will have wordpress integrated. It will also need a simple php paypal booking form that will send an email and then direct the user to paypal.
  
  I am looking for someone who is good at what they do and also has a good price.
