Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I will be needing a very simple custom program developed for a kiosk computer.
  
  This program will take input in the form of a name, address, phone #, and will have menu selections that will tee off to quote a client a price based on what they select.
  
  All data should read from and write to a backend database server, any database solution will work. I will also need a very simple and plain front-end to query the database.
  
  I will draw up a complete storyboard of how the program should operate, but would like to make some contacts sooner than the later.
  
  I am open to which programming language is used.
