Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a Rails friendly designer to help us out on a number of projects. We aren't looking for a Rails developer but a designer who is comfortable working directly on Rails views. We would be willing to provide some basic training as well.
  
  This would be an ongoing part-time position.
