Programmer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  Hi all the certain programmers!
  
  Let me explain you what/who exactly am I looking for. So, first things first, I will start with some short info about me.
  
  I am freelance web developer and I want some programmer who is good in PHP, MySQL and XHTML/CSS. I am not looking for highly skilled professional, just student or something like that for small works.
  
  I have some clients forwarding me new and new projects again and again. I am not robot so it is easy to understand that I can't take all the projects. I am not familiar with saying "No" to my client, so I decided to find somebody here.
  
  What you should know?
  - Provide XHTML/CSS tableless and cross-browser compatible design
  - Code some small/medium scale PHP stuff. I will not require you to build CMS from scratch or something like that. Just to provide few changes or some small PHP project. If you will feel that you can take bigger projects too, it would be plus for you
  - Most of my projects is based on MySQL database, so it would be great if you will understand that version of strong SQL language
  
  What will I offer?
  - New projects, money, new clients
  - About new projects: I will forward you about 2-3 projects a month. Maybe less, maybe more. It depends on my clients
  - About money: I will not pay you anything before you start and finish work. I will definitely pay you, you don't have to worry about this. And if you worry, please do not send me application for this work
  - About new clients: If you will doing work for some of my client and I will not be able to work with him, I will forward all the requests to you and you can communicate "face to face". I think this is fair way on how our collaboration will proceed.
  
  This is not big budget full-time work. This kind of work would fit requirements of some student (high school or college).
