Programmer looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  2 programmers looking for:
  a talented designer for some punctual work. We mostly do backend stuff (php/mysql), but we often have requests for simpler sites where the work is mostly design centric.
  
  You:
  someone who will give the best of his or her abilities. No need to be a design ace, but if you love what you do, are honest, stay aware that your craft still needs some work and strive to do good and get better, then we can probably work together.
  
  Compensation:
  To be discussed per project. We want to pay you what you ask, but of course portfolios have to be reviewed, clients budgets have to be matched, etc. We're not in the business of bargaining for the price that you value your time at. We present you the specs, you give us a quote, we present it to the client, if it's good it's go. If not, we ask you what you can do for his budget, you tell us. If it's good with the client, it's go.
