Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a graphic designer with a degree looking to start a media company up, You will be required to get mIRC, I'm huge in the gaming community already. Getting clients will not be to difficult, I am looking for not only a person that is a dependable worker, but somebody that I can develop a friendship with and get to know. Be passionate about what you do, and be very serious. I do have a full-time job, so plan on working about 10-15-20 hrs per week minimum.
