Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

• Required Knowledge

  PHP, Joomla, CMS, HTML/CSS, FLASH would be ok too but not necessary. Or any other language that I can't think of that would be suitable.

  Why don't the have an option for designer/entrepreneur? Because that's what I really am. I'm hoping you will be a developer/entrepreneur too!So if you're a developer that ever says, "if only I could find a designer that likes to collaborate on ideas", then maybe I am the person for you.
  
  I have a shopping site that I want developed, think Etsy.com and supermarkethq.com so it's a multi user shop owner site.
  
  I need a programmer that is up with all the latest knowledge in programming and has an entrepreneurial kind of mind as well. So we can collaborate on ideas. If you ever followed vimeo in the early days, you would of seen the developers had a kind of good knowledge of what was the next big thing in social networking and the latest technologies/applications.
  
  I am a designer with Flash, Photoshop, video skills (no I don't do much programming) but really I don't enjoy designing for other people. I like putting my own ideas into practice and not others (plus I design better for myself)- ha ha! Hence the entrepreneurial part.
  
  I would love to discuss with a developer my concept and the realistic costs involve. Or if you think the idea is viable, we could come to arrangement where I pay you an amount, and if the idea takes off you can take a % (oh I know most people will cringe with that line, but for those that don't then you might be on the same page as me). I mean come-on that's how a lot of these social network sites having taken off, university friends getting together combining their skills and developing some great application/sites.
  
  I am pretty fair and open with pay and other things etc and I love to joke around too! I'm a bit of a goof ball and oh I'm a female if that makes any difference :)
  
  I really am not after someone that just wants to program a site, I want someone that gets excited about ideas and wants to get them going just as much as I do. Hopefully your response below will reflect that.
