Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am looking for an individual to pick up part of my workload. Starting at around 10 hours a week and see how it goes. You must be knowledgeable and have a couple years of experience in programming. I offer to pay $25/hr, billed bi-weekly, via PayPal, not negotiable. You must live in the US or Canada.
