Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a freelance web and graphic designer, to create web designs for me, Your portfolio needs to be strong with good css and xhtml examples.
  
  I will need a 1 page design (chopped into XHTML and CSS), which I can then use to complete the site and build into our admin system.
  
  The cost will need to be around £150-£250 per design. I have lots of projects ready to go.
  
  This would be ideal for a college leaver or talented hobbyist.
