Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am based in the US. My clients are all US based. Our team of programmers are based in India. We would like to work with a single freelance designer part-time initially with hopes of making it full time or close to that for the designer. We do have a set range of hourly rate we can afford, but all is negotiable as that really is relative to how much it all cost in the end anyhow.
  
  You (the designer) would work on mockups and concepts for websites.. various graphics for existing sites that need new ads or banners, and the occasional logo/identity project.
  
  We really need a designer that has a varying style. Someone who can pull off a boutique shop, and then turn around and do corporate stuff. Please provide online links to any work you want to share with us.
  
  We use online project management with basecamp. If you don't use this it's not a big deal it's easy to learn. But basically we keep things in one place when we collaborate with each other. We are really big on sharing our feedback/edits/modifications/etc... via mockups, or in many cases a quick video screencast. i.e. instead of trying to explain in written form that we want left icon below X to be like something on X website.. you know the one in the footer?..... that can lead to wasted time if we don't get it right. So we make a quick video and show you. OR we meet online and screen share and collaborate real time. You need to be flexible like this. Obviously we seek quality, but something else we want is timely turnaround. It is crucial we show 'visual' results to clients asap. This gets them hooked and motivated with their project. Sometimes the programming side goes for days before we can show them functionality and they naturally respond really well to the shit they can see!!!! so we need someone who understands this and will work to accordingly.
