Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm a web and print designer with over a decade of experience in design and marketing (about five years experience in web design). I recently went from full-time work to starting up a design studio and I'm looking to establish a long-term relationship with a programmer on an as-need basis-- someone I can call up when the scope of a project is beyond my own capacity.
  
  I don't have any immediate projects for you, but rather, I'm looking to find someone that is a good complement to my skills and working style who I'll be able to get in contact with at the right time, on a project-by-project basis.
