Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for a partner to help build better web sites with and double productivity. Hopefully, there is a programmer out there just like me... except not a designer (soley) that is also looking for someone trustworthy to grow their own business with. Must be in Chicago area for this, as I feel it is important to meet face to face with and able to work together and/or remotely, yet still close by.
