Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm a programmer and I need a partner designer I could rely on to make cool websites. I mean really cool... sometimes I get quotes from "designers" that say they have 5+ years of experience and when I see their jobs I realize that I could do that much better with no experience at all.

  Right now I need a design for ecommerce website where users will post products (and that's quite urgent). I have sketches for it and I'd like you, creative genius, convert it to a nicely looking design. For now I need a Homepage, Products List page, View Product page, Sign Up page, Post Product page. Please send your prices for this.
  
  If this works well, I'd like to do more work with you. The most importaint thing is that you were creative, honest and punctual.
