  I'm looking for a website developer for a company that will bring a fresh and unique approach to the eCard industry. (I know, not very exiciting right?). And that's exactly what I'm changing.
  
  Due to unexpected events, my budget for developing the website has been reduced to $us 500. And a monthly agreement on management and maintenance of the site.
