Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need someone that can fix me up with a Joomla site, it's a very straightforward site:
  
  - Frontpage with newsmodule + static content
  - 6 contentpages with article + sidebar (my client needs to add html and text in the sidebar)
  
  What I have:
  2 validated css/XHTML templates for both the frontpage and the contentpage
  
  
  Most important:
  This needs to be finished today or tomorrow the latest (GMT+1)
