Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  We are looking for a designer to do UI, templates, and usability design. The end deliverables will need to be usable cakephp templates.
  
  We are refititng a site with CakePHP and will doing this one component at a time.
  
  This will be a long-term part-time relationship.
