Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I need a designer for a site redesign.
  
  The website is a reasonably sized youth/community website.
  There will be homepage, events, news, and forum sections.
  
  I will need the site concept and layouts designed, in the form of a few PSDs. I'll then create the site in ExpressionEngine.
  
  Please show examples of your past designs and feel free to ask for more information.
  
  I would like to start immediately so get back to me asap.
