Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I've just got too much work guys, I have a 3 year contract thats keeping me busy and its preventing me from accepting my regular fulltime work load. so I need somebody that I can introduce to my network of 7, because we all need another programmer!
  
  The ideal person lives in America
  works from home or small office
  is very knowledgeable in Joomla and other CMS'
  Has 20 to 30 hours a week for extra projects
  willing to be negotiable with income as per client needs, (although this is not normally an issue.)
  
  Communication is a huge downfall to most relationships, so if you are to busy to take on extra work, dont apply
  if you are from another country and have a hard time when I speak english, dont apply
