Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I have a bunch of freelance work here and there and I'm looking for a good designer that will usually do 2 things: design banners and customize wordpress themes. I always need the final results to at least be in uncompressed png format so that I can do some slight alterations using Fireworks if needed.
  
  These are small jobs and infrequent but I'd really like to find a partner.
