Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for a few jobs

  We need one or more kick ass website designer. We need an experience designer that not only has talent but knows the principles of website design, knows some things about user experience, knows how to create a layout and build on that and has creativity but also a lot of common sense.
  
  The final result will need to be really SPECIAL and USABLE, not something out of this world but something that looks pretty common but will make people say WOW (we can go for out of this world too, but only if it's usable).
  
  You will work under the supervision of a project manager but you will have full independence when it comes to the design (as long as you stay in the guidelines we provide you can be as creative as possible - you can even get completely outside the box if you think you can do something great).
  
  There will be 4 or 5 projects (some with just 2-3 pages to design some with 7-8 pages). If everything works out fine during those projects, we like you and you like us, this can turn into a long term engagement.
  
  So: a KICK ASS WEB DESIGNER that has solutions, has ideas and can create something new, unique, something that has not been done before (all the coding will be done by us).
  
  If you have a portfolio, i would like to see it, if you don't have any and think you're right for the job, i'm sure we can work something out.
  
  This job will involve daily work, probably 2-3 hours each day, 5 days a week (for about 4-8 weeks), that's why we would prefer to pay you every 2 weeks (or at the end of every week) using paypal, moneybookers or direct bank transfer. Your rates and payments will be negotiated depending on the quality of the services you will provide.
  
  Time zones are not problem, so if you live in the US, Europe, India or Australia you can apply for this job.
