Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I have a (bespoke) Stock Image library that I will need developed in the next month or so. The current holding page is: http://www.eew-image.com
  
  I am in the process of finalising the designs/UI/functionality. Designs are in Fireworks (layered png files).
  
  Im looking for a developer that is NOT:
  
  1) a high school kid/Uni student on summer holiday.
  2) a person or COMPANY from India, Pakistan, Croatia, Brazil etc etc (ideally will be UK based).
  
  Ideally looking for somebody that is in London (SW London), that I can meet up with to discuss and review the project once it gets underway.
  
  Looking for rough pricing (day rate/hourly rate) and need to know you are available and committed (ideally a full time self employed developer).
  
  Not interested in CV's... just url examples and some background.
