Programmer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I'm basically looking for someone to work on a project developing a epos system for one of my clients using flex/air. They don't have a lot to spend, but what i can get i will give you a good percentage which we can negotiate. I have been working on a few layouts in flex to give an idea of the sort of thing i'm looking to do. most of the features are adding records to a sqllite db table and then syncing with an identical remote mysql table.
  
  Additional things would include datagrids, basic filtering on a datagrid and some adding up ing and subtracting away.
  
  If it becomes something I can sell on, I would be happy to looking at a share in the revenue.
  
  I am programmer myself, but not really in flex or air,so communicating should be quite straight forward.
  
  Ideally I would like the money i get to go to you almost in its entirety to cover your time, but with the view to working together in the future. I have two other clients I can see this being a benefit to.
