Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I'm looking for a designer that strives to create clean, simple, fun, original, and user-friendly designs. Someone with at least 3 years experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Flash. Writing skills would be a plus! I can handle all the CSS and coding, so I would just need the photoshop project files from you.
  
• Additional Info

  I am in the basic prototype phases of a web app. and will need someone to interpret my drawings and enhance them to form a well designed interface. This is a pretty simple application. I will need the following from you: 1 logo, approx. 20 UI screens (many similar to each other), 5 web pages (Marketing, About, Forum, Blog, FAQ), and 1 Flash Cartoon.
