Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  US ONLY please. Colorado is preferable, as most of my clients are local.
  
  I am interested in finding a reference to send my clients to when coding is more advanced than something I generally handle (I generally handle HTML and CSS, and some Javascript- I only want understanding of those things so that you and I can work well together.)
  
  You don't need to know all of the above, but if you know one or two, I would love to hear from you so I can put your name in my rolodex.
  
  You would be signing a contract with my clients, not with me. They will pay you directly, and you will work with them directly. I am looking for resources to send their way. They will make the ultimate decision as to whether to contact or hire you.
  
  Note that I currently have a Ruby on Rails job lined up that I need candidates for- and will keep info from all others on hand!
