Additional Info
A few years ago I started a social network called Crisscross http://www.crisscross.com that, amongst other things, interlinks users' likes and dislikes about anything.
Our main feature is a cool drill-down people search interface -- no other network has anything similar. Crisscross sits between networks where you know people (like Facebook and MySpace) and niche networks (like Filxster, Dogster etc). It lets you find a girl who lives in Japan, has red hair and likes Harry Potter and Dogs.
Due to other commitments I wasn't able to keep funding it with cash, so I made an agreement with some programmers to work for equity. Now those programmers are too busy with their clients and I still don't have extra cash so I'd like to open it up to a larger programming team.
The project is in ASP.NET c#. It needs around 200 hours work to get it up to production level, mainly to fix interface bugs, and improve the core date storage system. The beta version I had was deleted by accident so the current site is more of an alpha level and has many annoying minor bugs, but you should be able to see what we are trying to do. The project is tracked in Basecamp.
After it is tidied up I'd like to make it interact better with Facebook, MySpace and Twitter.
I will swap equity in the project based on the amount of hours worked.
