Entrepreneur looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  I am looking to hire a designer for spot projects. Usually at least 2 projects a month and growing. This is usually just layout design.
  
  Our pay usually is around $350, per layout, with larger scale designs. And around $150 for smaller scale designs (such as simple blog looking sites).
  
  Our current designer is starting to be very unreliable and does not care much about the company. We want a designer that would be willing to help the company grow such as redo the company site. Take a look at what our old designer has made to see our standards.
