Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  My company requires a XHTML/CSS coder for an outsourcing position. You must have a good knowledge of CSS, clean code, and be aware of web standards. Knowledge of Javascript (jQuery or similar), Ajax, PHP is preferred but not required.
  
  The successful applicant will be receiving at least one project a week and this will increase to as many as manageable.
