Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Ugly Duck Design is a design company that is expanding to complete web development. We need a competent and skilled programmer to code, while we focus on design and sales. The pay will be based on projects and not hourly, and negotiated with me upon email, roughly 40-50%. This will be an ongoing relationship and not a 1 off job.
