  I need a PSD turned into an HTML / CSS template along with some client side coding in javascript, plus support for tweaks and fixes until July 10.
  
  Client side javascript will be limited to visual sprites. For example, a light bulb that hovers above a menu item when the mouse goes over a menu item, and a light bulb to show the current active menu item.
  
  Another quirk is that one of the template variations will need an Iframe in place of the main content section.
  
  Deadline for first revision of the template is July 4. Deployment, application coding, and server administrative issues will be taken care of myself. Please send a portfolio of different sites that you have done when submitting a bid.
  
  Template must be compatible in Safari 3+, Fire Fox 2.0+, and IE7+
  
  Payment is available via direct deposit or a mailed check [if in USA] and Pay Pal. Payment will be mailed within 15 days of invoice.
