Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am seeking a competent and highly motivated partner to help execute the programming end on a few sites in production or planned for production. This person should know web programming (mainly CSS and PHP) like the back of his or her hand and should be driven, someone who doesn't want or need much supervision. Instead, I want your vision to be realized on each and every project. You'll be paid in a nice chunk of equity, meaning you get a cut of revenue (be it advertising, subscription services, or enterprise services) for life! And when the site is sold you get paid big.
  
  A little about me: I'm an Internet entrepreneur that has been in the industry for over a dozen years and have built, marketed, and sold dozens of successful sites during this time. My sites have been on national and local TV, in newspapers, and have appeared in BusinessWeek, PC Magazine, U.S. News and World Report (...the list goes on). I've created, ran and sold a top 500 web site and have identified trends online well in advance time and time again.
