  I am looking to build a professional relationship with a developer to build multilingual CMS powered websites. I am primarily focusing on Japanese - English websites, so Japanese language ability would be an advantage (but not required). It is important that you are passionate about coding and have a desire to try new technology. The designs and guides for each site will be supplied to you. The end result will be well designed and functional websites.

  XHTML, CSS, XHTML, PHP, and other tools required to make the best Multilingual sites. I am open to suggestions on which CMS to go for. Actionscript knowledge would also be beneficial.
