  InnovCare (http://www.innovcare.com), a website development company specializing in high end custom websites and business software is looking for a talented part time graphic/website designer to work with us on our projects. In addition to the projects we are doing for our customers (some of which you can see in our portfolio and case studies on our website), we are also developing some projects internally. We work with companies that span in size and industry ? everything from DJs and restaurants to faucet design firms and gaming companies. This is a great opportunity to work on lots of different styles and projects. We have a great team here at Innov and pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Depending on your skill level and past project experience we may have you help on internal projects as well. Typically, this job plays a supporting role to our graphic designers and programming teams.
  
  Note: This job requires no advanced web programming skills, only basic Html, Javascript, ActionScript, etc in order to accomplish advanced effects on the web. We have programmers who will take care of programming.
  
  Job Responsibility:
  ? Design online/website materials, such as flash presentation layouts, screen designs/prototypes, icons/web graphics and animated sequences.
  ? Create innovative concepts.
  ? Work well with customers, programmers, sale managers and project managers.
  ? Should understand client requirements, interpret creative briefs, wireframes, and specification documents, and translate into interactive designs that are visually attractive, appropriate to the medium, and that drive business results by meeting end-user needs.
  ? Stays current and on-trend in the industry, paying particular attention to current graphic techniques and advances in design software.
