Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

• Required Knowledge

  XHTML (Advanced), CSS (Advanced), JavaScript (Intermediate+ - knowledge of JavaScript, not just a library e.g. jQuery), Photoshop (At least basic skills), PHP & MySQL (Not required but useful)

  I'm the lead developer for Internet Dreams (www.netdreams.co.uk) and we're looking for a keen young person to come and join the team in Richmond. We're looking for a Junior developer (would be great if they could do some design as well, not full homepage designs but minor changes). Must be very good at XHTML, CSS, JavaScript; PHP & MySQL or ASP would be a bonus. Must be familier with Photoshop basics at the very least, and must enjoy having a good time - don't want any grumpy people!
