Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  I am a website designer & basic developer (not advanced in dif languages). I have an idea for a website that has not been done before, and will be successful. Unfortunetely, I cannot disclose the idea exactly.
  
  I have all the designs & know exactly what needs to be done, and what can be done in terms of functionality. I need a script that will take dynamically take info from other sites / other sites' databases (we will have permission) and dynamically add that data to our website.
  
  It is a very exciting project for someone to start while work is slow. This has great potential to make millions for an experienced and capable programmer.
  
  Candidates must have have good communication skills & habits. I would like to know how much something like this would cost.
