Designer looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Looking for someone that really knows their way around Wordpress. You need to be able to port HTML/CSS templates into Wordpress themes, as well configure and modify plugins, and also develop custom plugins.
  
  This means you should be a PHP/MySQL expert with Wordpress experience.
  
  Right off the bat, I have a project that I want to build using Wordpress. It is a membership website. People will pay to gain access to certain content on the site.
  There also needs to be a way for people to get a free tidbit of information if they sign-up for it. How this is accomplished I am flexible on.
  
  I know of several Wordpress membership plugins (both free and paid) that I need you to evaluate.
