Entrepreneur looking for a Programmer for long-term partnership

  Overview:
  We need an experienced web services programmer to rapidly develop a prototype commerce website around a new patent applied for service concept. Programming specification is available now (under NDA) and funding is ready for immediate start.
  
  Experience:
  REST, AJAX, XML, XHTML, PHP, MySQL (or similar DB), Social network API's (Twitter, Facebook)
  
  Scope:
  Roughly 100 hours in the first phase. Ongoing employment opportunity (if desired) once the site is launched.
  
  Programming tasks:
  
  The thrust of the development will be on building an AJAX-powered website based on XHTML/CSS designs. This will involve building XML Request handlers, interacting with several external APIs on the backend, creating a database design to store and retrieve information, and building an MVC framework-based PHP website designed for scalability.
