  I am currently designing the blueprint for a web application that I believe has immense potential for long-term hyper-growth. I need a web designer from the United States that would like to partner up with me and another very experienced coder on this web application and help us design the user interface for a prototype of this web application to present to potential investors. We will negotiate a deal with the coder that is fair to him/her and offers them their fair share of equity in the startup.
