Programmer looking for a Designer for long-term partnership

  Use your tools of choice for design but css for cross browser support is advantagous
  
• Additional Info

  I am looking for a designer to swap skills with that can create a nice logo and also someone who can design a nice web page, in photoshop or whatever.
  
  I can do the css xhtml slicing but if you have more knowledge then that would be good.
  
  Also this may need 2 designers as one may specialise in log design etc.
  
  I am a freelance .NET developer and have experience in ASP.NET, including MVC, and C#, VB etc.
