  I'm in the process of putting together a website centered around an idea of helping users develop their native/foreign language vocabulary. I haven't yet seen any website with a similar business model; and I did spend a considerable amount of time searching for such a website.
  
  Ad sales will be its primary revenue channel, but with a unique approach aimed at improving click-through-rates of ads without making users feel as they are being advertised to (there will not be any ads within, over, or near the website's main content).
  
  I have already worked out the design and functionality of such website, and registered a relevant domain name. All I need are 2 or 3 reliable, technically-oriented individuals to help me bring the idea to reality before anyone else would get there first. I'm looking for someone who, aside from having a solid grasp of various Web 2.0 technologies and its limitations, can invest 20 hours/week and little capital into a U.S.-based startup that carries all of the risks of a new business venture.
  
  In return, you will have an equal share of profit distributions, which would take place on a monthly basis beginning with the first profitable month. This will minimize total capital contributions by returning all previously contributed capital + any returns before the allocation of additional capital takes place. I expect the startup to be profitable in 6 months from the initial revenue.
