Designer looking for a Programmer for 1 job

  I need the coding work done for an Animate file I have built. The action needs to be auto-scroll with hover pause and preferably with a swipe (grap and slide on desktop) function. This is a timeline of events with some buttons already set as symbols with instance names. The final product needs to load full-width and be responsive. The attached pdf shows a mock up of the timeline in the lower section of the page. To be clear, the Adobe Animate file is set up with the necessary components in place. I just need to coding done to complete it. Also, this can't be a Flash file, it needs to be HTML5, which, if I need to, I can convert from the FLA using an online conversion tool. But if you have another method, I'm interested. Please tell me what else you need to give me a quote.
