  -I'm a freelance UI/UX designer and i already started the design.
  I need a full-stack developer able to convert PSD to HTML firstly and then start programming the platform. Back-end & Front-End using PHP framework or Wordpress.
  
  I know how to promote and start this project, i just need the right developer at my side, able to think, brainstorm and develope back-end functions alone relying from front-end.
