Programmer looking for a Programmer for a few jobs

  I'm looking for assistance with identifying and implementing a authentication mechanism for active directory users to log into an internal website with a custom CMS. The web developer who built the CMS is great, but is too busy and unresponsive to the point where it's slowing our projects down significantly. We're currently building the framework for an internal employee portal site.
  
  One goal is to have our employees log into an intranet site through a public facing authentication proxy server. Perhaps ADFS or a web application proxy. Looking for someone who has a solid understanding of windows domain environments. Plenty of work here if I can find the right person.
  
  Would potentially be looking for more work integrating the internal site with our ticketing and workflow system, along with other systems.
